One of the three events will be featured at each Region Rodeo. $100 added per rodeo for the featured event. Rookies in each of the three events will compete for year-end buckle awarded at 2008 Regional Finals Rodeo. Rookie is considered age 20 and younger as of January 1 and must have less than $500 lifetime earning in that event.
