Participants do not have to be a member of
the NPIRA.
Clinicians will
include 1982 INFR Tie Down Roping Champion Allen Fisher and INFR
Qualifier Tracy Robinson.
The clinic will
start at 10:00 am each day. The clinics are free and open to the
world, however, all participants will be required to register. For
